Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Cole Flow. Our goal is to provide a safe, convenient, and professional mobile IV therapy experience. Please review the following policies before booking your appointment. Appointments: Appointments are available by reservation only and are subject to provider availability. Same-day appointments may be available. All services require a health screening and provider approval before treatment. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or failure to appear may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Mobile Service: Cole Flow is a concierge mobile IV therapy service. We provide treatments at homes, offices, hotels, events, and other approved locations within our service area. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area. Medical Screening: All treatments are performed under the direction of a licensed medical provider and require a review of your medical history, medications, allergies, and current symptoms. Completion of a booking request does not guarantee treatment. Cole Flow reserves the right to decline or discontinue treatment if IV therapy is determined to be inappropriate or unsafe. Payment: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and eligible HSA/FSA cards. Prices and services are subject to change without notice. Age Requirement: Clients must be 18 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and approved under applicable medical protocols. Safe Environment: Our providers reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if the appointment environment is unsafe or if a client appears intoxicated, aggressive, or otherwise unable to safely receive treatment. Results: Individual responses to IV therapy vary. Our services are intended to support hydration and overall wellness and are not a substitute for emergency medical care, diagnosis, or treatment by your primary healthcare provider. Agreement: By scheduling an appointment with Cole Flow, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these policies, and understand that all treatments are subject to provider assessment and medical eligibility.
